The short version: Postvox is in development. This website describes what we're building and lets you join a waitlist. Features, prices and dates may change before launch, and joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the website at postvox.in (the “website”), run by Postvox (“Postvox”, “we”, “us”). Postvox is not yet a registered company; until it is, the website is run by its founder, Saurabh Yeole, in Pune, India. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
These terms cover the website only. When the Postvox product launches, it will have its own terms of service.
2. Postvox is not launched yet
Postvox is a product in development. Everything on this website, including features, supported languages, integrations such as WhatsApp, planned pricing and timelines, describes our current plans. These plans may change, and some features may arrive later than described or not at all.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell you anything, and you cannot buy anything here.
3. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and you can leave it at any time.
- Joining does not guarantee access to the private beta or the product, or access by a particular date. We expect to invite people in batches.
- The founding-member discount mentioned on this website is for waitlist members. Its exact amount, duration and conditions will be shared before paid plans launch.
- Please give accurate details and only sign up yourself, or someone who has agreed to it.
4. Sample content and previews
The phone preview and the sample posts on this website were written by the Postvox team to show the kind of output we are building towards. They are illustrations, not screenshots of a live product, and the personas in them are not real users. Actual results from the product may differ.
5. Acceptable use
When using the website, please don't:
- submit false, misleading or someone else's information through the waitlist form;
- send spam or automated submissions;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its hosting; or
- copy large parts of the website's content or design for your own use.
6. Intellectual property
The Postvox name, logo, website text, design and sample content belong to Postvox. You may share links to the website and quote short parts of it with credit, but please ask us before using our name or logo in any other way.
Other names mentioned on this website, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, WhatsApp, Claude and Anthropic, are trademarks of their respective owners. Mentioning them describes compatibility or the technology we use, and does not mean that any of these companies sponsors or endorses Postvox.
7. Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites, such as our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
8. No warranties
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Postvox is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the website will be handled by the courts at Pune, India.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
